Privacy Policy
Effective October 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data ATMG ("ATMG," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit atmg.space or use our services (together, the "Services"), why we use it, who receives it, and the rights you have. Because ATMG is based in the European Union, we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and Slovak law.
1. Who Is Responsible
The controller of your personal data is Andrej Taraj - IT Company, a sole proprietorship (živnosť) registered in the Trade Register of the District Office Námestovo, Slovak Republic, No. 560-29137, IČO 54203317, with registered address at Železničná 214/21, 027 44 Tvrdošín, Slovakia. Contact: hello@atmg.space.
2. What We Collect and Why
- Contact form — your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. We use them to reply to you and prepare a quote. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Order form — your full name, email address, business name, business description, and current website URL. We use them to process your order, send you the payment link, deliver the service, and communicate with you about it. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Record of accepted terms — when you order, we record the version of our Terms you accepted, the statements you confirmed, the date and time (UTC), your IP address, your browser's user-agent, the package, and the price. We keep this as evidence in case of a dispute or chargeback. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in establishing and defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Payment information — payments are processed by Revolut. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. We receive the payer's name and email address, the amount, the date, and a transaction reference. We use them to match the payment to your order and for accounting. Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legal obligations under accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- Project communication and content — anything you send us by email during a project. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Server logs and security — our hosting provider automatically logs technical data such as your IP address, browser, the pages requested, and the time. To protect our forms from abuse, we also temporarily store a hashed form of your IP address with a counter of recent form submissions. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the Services secure and working (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Analytics (only with your consent) — if you accept cookies, Google Analytics collects usage data such as the pages you view, how long you stay, your approximate location, device and browser, how you arrived at the site, and a random identifier stored in a cookie. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. See section 5.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal data. Providing your details in the forms is voluntary, but without them we cannot reply to you or process your order.
3. Who Receives Your Data
We share personal data only with the providers we use to run ATMG, and only as needed for them to provide their service:
- WebSupport s.r.o. (Slovakia) — hosting of this website, server logs, and sending of form emails.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) — our mailbox for receiving order and contact emails, and, only with your consent, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Revolut — payment processing. Revolut processes payment data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
- Our accountant and public authorities, where required by law.
Some of these providers, notably Google, may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. How Long We Keep It
- Contact enquiries that do not lead to an order: up to 2 years after our last communication.
- Business outreach data: see section 7.
- Order, project, and payment records and the record of accepted terms: for 4 years after the order or plan ends (the general limitation period for commercial claims in Slovakia), longer only if a dispute is ongoing.
- Invoices and other accounting records: for 10 years, as required by Slovak accounting law.
- Hashed IP addresses used to protect our forms: deleted automatically after a short time, usually within hours.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
atmg.space uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set analytics cookies (named _ga and _ga_*, kept for up to 2 years; some browsers limit this to about 13 months) and send usage data to Google.
Analytics runs only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Until then, and if you click "Decline," no Google analytics scripts are loaded and no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising cookies, and ad-related features in Google's tools are turned off. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (atmg-consent) so the banner doesn't appear on every visit.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw it, we delete the analytics cookies and reload the page without Google Analytics. The fonts of atmg.space are self-hosted. The portfolio demo of the Bloor West Animal Clinic website (/work/bloor-west-animal-clinic) shows an embedded Google map and Google Fonts, which send your IP address to Google when you open that page.
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted, unless we must keep it by law or to defend legal claims;
- restrict how we process your data;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before the withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, dataprotection.gov.sk), or the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
If you live in a U.S. state with its own privacy law (for example, California), you may have similar rights to know, correct, and delete your data. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@atmg.space. We reply within one month.
7. Business Outreach and Marketing Emails
We send you emails about your enquiry, order, or project. Apart from that, we may contact businesses once with an offer of our services:
- Source of the data: publicly available business directories and open map data, such as Overture Maps and OpenStreetMap.
- Data we use: the business name, its website, and the business email address published for it.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We send such emails only where the law of the recipient's country allows it without prior consent; elsewhere, only with consent.
- How to stop it: reply "STOP" or email hello@atmg.space. We then stop contacting you and keep only your email address on a suppression list, so that we never contact you again.
- Retention: if you do not reply, we delete your data within 12 months of our email.
Every marketing email includes our postal address and a simple way to unsubscribe.
8. Children
Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, and the "Effective" date at the top will be updated accordingly.
11. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, contact us at hello@atmg.space.
