Fixed packages are paid once. Plans are billed monthly, or annually at a lower rate.

Cancel a plan any time

No lock-in on monthly billing. Future payments stop the moment you tell us to stop.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Yes. Once the work is paid for in full, every right to the delivered design, code and brand assets transfers to you. It is yours to keep, move or change.

You tell us and we change it. Every package includes three revision rounds — the design, the built site, and a final polish — so you approve the direction before the work goes further. If we do not deliver what was promised, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund Policy.

No. If you already own one, we point it at your new site. If you do not, we register one for you and handle the setup as part of the work.

A one-time package is paid once and the site is yours to host and maintain however you like. Build + Management spreads the cost into a monthly fee and includes hosting, updates and support for as long as you stay.

Yes, and most people do. Start with a one-time site, then add a hosting or management plan whenever you want it taken off your hands.

Future billing stops and your service runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. The full terms, including how annual plans are handled, are in our Refund Policy.

We do. Send whatever you have and we shape it into something that reads well. If you have nothing written, we draft it from your brief and you approve it.

Email us. On a management plan, content updates are part of what you already pay for. Without a plan, we quote small jobs individually.
